Job summary

Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf is seeking an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. You will desk deals for new and used inventory, appraise vehicles, and manage internet leads to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in automotive sales management, strong communication, leadership and CRM familiarity (eLead a plus), and a commitment to mentoring staff.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year in Automotive Sales Management
• Outgoing personality with strength in developing relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership and training skills
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
• Must have a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Desk deals for both new and used inventory for internet leads
• Appraise customer vehicles
• Monitor, respond, and develop internet leads
• Develop customer relationships with effective and clear communication
• Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability
• Present and demonstrate the inventory
• Receive credit applications (manually and online)
• Maintain CSI, gross average, and monthly units to dealership standards
• Must be familiar with CRM - eLead experience a plus
