Job summary

Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf is seeking a highly skilled Internet Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. The role focuses on desk deals for internet leads, customer relationship development, and accurate inventory presentation.

You will manage online leads, appraise vehicles, and drive CSI alongside commission-driven rewards. Ideal candidates have 1+ year in automotive sales management, strong communication, and CRM proficiency (eLead).

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of one year in Automotive Sales Management.
• Outgoing personality with strength in developing relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and training skills.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Desk deals for both new and used inventory for internet leads.
• Appraise customer vehicles.
• Monitor, respond, and develop internet leads.
• Develop customer relationships with effective and clear communication.
• Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability.
• Present and demonstrate the inventory.
• Receive credit applications (manually and online).
• Maintain CSI, gross average, and monthly units to dealership standards.
• Must be familiar with CRM - eLead experience a plus.
