Job summary

Sheehy Nissan of Waldorf seeks a highly skilled, professional Internet Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. You will desk deals for internet leads, appraise vehicles, and manage online inquiries to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

The role demands leadership, strong communication, and a proven sales-management track record; familiarity with CRM systems (eLead a plus) is preferred. Competitive pay with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in automotive sales management.
• Outgoing personality with strength in developing relationships.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership and training abilities.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Desk deals for new and used inventory from internet leads.
• Appraise customer vehicles.
• Monitor, respond to, and develop internet leads.
• Develop customer relationships with clear communication.
• Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability.
• Present and demonstrate the inventory.
• Receive credit applications (manual and online).
• Maintain CSI, gross average, and monthly dealership units.
• Familiar with CRM; eLead experience is a plus.

Requirements
