• Skilled in basic computer programs and automotive service software.
• Clear communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven leadership and experience managing teams.
• Strong focus on customer relations, sales, and operational excellence.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and insurability.
• Physically capable of grasping, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through recommended repairs and services tailored to goals and needs.
• Develop accurate estimates factoring materials, supplies, and labor; secure approvals.
• Maintain and record customer approvals; verify warranty coverage.
• Communicate clearly with customers and technicians about timelines and costs.
• Utilize TekMetric and store systems to check-in/out customers and manage financing.
