Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranties.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Follow up with prospects through phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and new vehicle features.
• Work with management and finance teams to finalize sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
