Job summary

Caliber Collision Brookhaven Service Center is seeking an experienced collision repair technician. You will perform full collision repairs—from fender work to frame rebuilds—ensuring factory-spec alignment and high-quality finishes.

You will collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff to move cars through efficiently. The role requires at least two years of hands-on repair experience, frame/structural know-how, and a careful, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience.
• Frame and structural knowledge with ability to pull, straighten and square.
• Detail-oriented with no shortcuts and quality-focused.
• Physically capable of handling up to 50 lbs.
• Team-friendly and collaborative with other shop staff.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Blueprint and execute precise repairs on collision damaged vehicles.
• Perform full collision repair from fender to frame rebuild.
• Handle panel and structural work to restore factory specs.
• Ensure quality reassembly and fit/finish integrity.
• Collaborate with painters, estimators and front office staff to move cars efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
