Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass in Roswell, GA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences through precise assessment, repair, and restoration of vehicles to pre-accident condition.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles with a focus on speed, quality and customer excellence while collaborating with the team to meet KPIs and maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program or 3-year apprenticeship preferred.
• Able to read job orders and follow repair procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plan the repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers.
• Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles using cutting tools, jacks and related equipment.
• Hammer out dents and apply filler resins as needed.
• Realign chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Replace damaged sections and glass, weld parts, and repaint per specs.
• Complete work orders within labor guidelines and inspect finished work.
