Gerber Collision & Glass in Alpharetta, GA is seeking an Auto Body Technician to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing and repairing vehicles to pre-accident conditions.

You will disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicles while upholding our speed, quality, and customer-excellence commitments. Applicants should be ready to work with a team to meet KPIs and act as a Brand Ambassador.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical school program completion OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
• Plan repair work and prepare cost estimates for customers using tools to repair vehicle sections.
• Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
• Remove damaged sections and replace with parts; repair glass and windshields as needed.
• Weld and fit parts; paint vehicles to factory specifications or equivalents.
• Complete work orders within labor time guidelines and inspect finished work.
