Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Omaha, NE seeks an hourly Personal Training - Stretch Specialist to support members with branded assisted stretch and recovery sessions, driving better mobility and well-being.

You will develop safe client programs, lead sessions with techniques like PNF, monitor progress, promote stretch services, and maintain accurate records while delivering exceptional member service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certified Personal Trainer certification required.
• CPR and AED certification required.
• Knowledge of assisted stretching and recovery techniques requested.
• Ability to perform aerobic activity for class duration and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional client programs to drive goal achievement and retention.
• Leads clients through assisted stretch sessions using PNF and contract-relax techniques.
• Leads recovery sessions with assisted stretching, Hypervolt, and breathing drills.
• Reads and engages in required training and conducts demos for new clients.
• Provides fitness floor assistance for safety, education, and motivation.
• Promotes stretch session programs and other training services.
• Documents all aspects of client programming.
