Recruit, coach, and develop student-athletes with emphasis on skill development and competitive growth.
Provide high-level instruction in pitching and other positional aspects as needed.
Assist with planning and executing team practices, workouts, and game strategies.
Contribute to building a championship-caliber program while maintaining ethical and academic standards.
Support recruiting through evaluation, communication, and relationship-building with prospects and families.
Promote Manhattan University’s softball program positively within the university and community.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture.
Communicate effectively with student-athletes, coaching staff, parents, alumni, and partners.
Demonstrate leadership and teamwork within the athletic department.
