Maximus is seeking an Eligibility Supervisor to lead a team of High-Speed Data Entry Administrators in a remote-capable capacity across the Continental US. The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, and adherence to program policies to ensure enrollment and eligibility outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong written communication, and a proven ability to develop staff while maintaining high-quality results.

• Conduct monthly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reviews.
• Stay updated on data entry programs, systems, and policies.
• Assist in HSDE training and handle escalated tasks.
• Ensure QA and KPIs are met and report HR issues as needed.
• Review HSDE documentation for compliance with safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise High Speed Data Entry (HSDE) Administrators, providing constructive feedback and guidance to achieve and surpass individual performance objectives.

• Conduct regular monthly, annual, and ad-hoc performance reviews for the team.

• Stay updated on all data entry programs, systems, performance requirements, and Corporate/Project policies and procedures.

• Aid HSDE Administrators in data entry completion and manage escalated tasks effectively.

• Assist in conducting HSDE training sessions, ensuring team competence.

• Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and key performance metrics standards.

• Assess training needs, collaborate with Quality Assurance and Training departments to implement effective training initiatives.

• Report personnel-related issues to Human Resources and elevate anticipated problems proactively.

• Review and provide feedback on HSDE documentation and processes, ensuring compliance with established safety standards.

• Fulfill other assigned duties by Management.

Minimum Requirements

'- Bachelors degree in relevant field of study and 3 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

'- Demonstrates experience supporting enrollment and eligibility processes.

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, accurate, and professional correspondence.

• Demonstrates ability to lead, coach, and support team members while promoting accountability, development, and achievement of performance goals.

• This is a full-time position with 8-hour workdays, Monday-Friday. Training and work schedules will fall within the hours of 8:00 AM-5:00 PM ET.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience.

• Communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

Home Office Requirements

• Internet speed of 20mbps or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net).

• Connectivity to the internet via either Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the home router.

• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US.
