Maximus Federal is seeking an Eligibility Supervisor to lead a team of HSDE Administrators within the Cover VA program. The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and ensuring compliance with program policies.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to develop staff and meet QA metrics. This is a full-time on-site role with comprehensive benefits and career development

Responsibilities

• Supervise HSDE Administrators and provide feedback to meet performance goals.

• Meet QA metrics and improve training initiatives.
• Escalate personnel issues to Human Resources and report problems early.
• Review HSDE documentation for compliance and safety standards.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by Management.
