Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience on the Indiana Eligibility Program within the last year.
• Ability to handle complex service inquiries via telephone; accurate data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, assess, and screen applications; proactively communicate with clients to collect missing information.
• Validate and calculate income, assess eligibility, and manage case referrals.
• Engage daily with program participants and educate them on program services and prerequisites.
• Collaborate with clients to establish program objectives and ensure continuity of services and eligibility.
• Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated by Management.
