Responsibilities

• Performs quality management system reviews as assigned.
• Reviews case reading errors with the ESS Specialist I, ensuring corrections are accurate and timely.
• Reviews and analyzes data from quality control and monitoring sources; provides training in identified areas.
• Follows unit procedures to determine eligibility for public assistance benefits within required timeframes.
• Maintains workload by handling case management activities including medical expense tracking, changes, sanctions, data exchange, alerts, ad-hoc reports, and Medicaid file resolution.
• Identifies possible fraud/overpayments and refers to fraud/overpayment departments.
