Job summary

The Family Support Division (FSD) is seeking applications for Benefit Program Technicians in the Marion County Customer Service Center at 3055 Holman Dr., Hannibal, MO. You will help Missouri citizens receive food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance to live safe, healthy lives.

As a Benefit Program Technician you will determine initial and continuing eligibility, interview clients in person and by telephone, and prepare summaries.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least four years of customer service experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Interviews clients in person and by telephone.
• Determines initial and continuing eligibility for services.
