Job summary

The State of Missouri's Family Support Division seeks a Benefit Program Technician to join the Lebanon-based Resource Center in Lebanon, MO. You will determine eligibility for food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance and interview clients in person and by phone.

You will prepare summaries and other documentation, using a compassionate, non-judgmental approach. A High School diploma or equivalent plus four years of customer service, or a Bachelor's degree, is required.

• Customer service experience or equivalent experience.
• Personable, compassionate and non-judgmental attitude.
