Job summary

The Family Support Division (FSD) seeks a Benefit Program Technician in Eldon, MO, located at the Miller County Eldon Customer Service Center. You will help Missouri citizens receive food, medical, financial and nutritional assistance to live safe, healthy, and productive lives.

You will determine initial and continuing eligibility, interview clients in person and by telephone, and prepare summaries. You will also process nursing home applications for the State of Missouri.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of customer service experience or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• Must be personable, compassionate and non-judgmental.
