Job summary
A premier commercial elevator firm is seeking a Project Manager in Pompano Beach, Florida. The role involves overseeing project operations to ensure timely and profitable execution while working closely with sales, engineering, and field operations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree, have at least 2 years of relevant experience, or sufficient management experience. Compensation ranges from $65k to $85k, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health coverage and paid time off.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years relevant experience or 5+ years of project management experience can substitute for degree.
Experience in construction or design industry is a plus.
Proficiency with project management software required.
Responsibilities
Responsible for project P&L, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Coordinate project profiles with Operations Team for execution.
Input and maintain information in Project Management Software.
Prepare and submit permit applications, coordinating inspections.
Confirm material orders and coordinate with Accounting/Purchasing.
Monitor production fulfillment and coordinate installation timelines.
Provide sales support and manage change order requests.
