Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management or related field.
• Experience with non-proprietary Project Management Software required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects within budget and on time while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Review and coordinate all necessary information to set up projects.
• Maintain all pertinent information throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and coordinate inspections.
• Confirm material selections and coordinate orders with vendors.
• Monitor production timelines and ensure fulfillment.
• Communicate production statuses with customers and schedule installations.
• Generate and review change order requests as necessary.
