Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Project Manager for the Marietta, GA area to lead modernization projects within our elevator construction business. You will coordinate schedules, resources, and procurement, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of construction PM experience (or 7+ years in related work) and a bachelor’s degree, plus strong financial acumen and familiarity with tools like Microsoft Project or SAP.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant construction project management expertise.
• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining/updating the agreed upon schedule.
• Monitoring status of project resources (including material, labor, etc.).
• Procurement related responsibilities (such as subcontracts and vendors).
• Ensuring quality throughout the project life cycle through metrics and punch-list actions.
