Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities on designated projects across US offices, with travel to worksites. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (Construction Management preferred) and 2+ years of project management experience, with contracting/construction exposure and knowledge of the elevator/escalator industry.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and procurement, ensuring adherence to contracts and quality standards, with travel

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Contracting & construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of elevator/escalator industry.
• KONE Installation Project Management Certificate required within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Govern project requirements and facilitate permits, testing, inspection and plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage scope changes and contract per the agreement with timely and professional handling.
• Plan, update and communicate the project schedule to all stakeholders.
• Oversee contract value, change orders, forecasting and cash flow; coordinate monthly billing.
• Support quality requirements from installation metrics, warranties and punch lists.
