Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities across multiple US offices. The role requires travel to job sites 50% of the time and involves governance, scope, scheduling, and procurement management to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in project management, contracting experience, knowledge of the elevator/escalator industry, and will obtain the KONE Installation Project Management Certificate within 6 months of start date.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Experience in contracting & construction preferred
• Knowledge of elevator/escalator industry
• KONE Installation Project Management Certificate required within 6 months of start date

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated project to ensure goals are met.
• Manage project governance, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and vendor management.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site through regular audits.
• Travel 50% to job sites in US (FL and TX) and other locations as needed.
