Job summary

KONE is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate activities of designated projects across US offices, with travel to worksites. The role involves governance, scope, schedule, finance, quality, and safety management to ensure project success.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in PM, contracting/ construction exposure, elevator/escalator knowledge, and a KM certificate within 6 months.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management processes.
• Contracting & construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of elevator/escalator industry is desirable.
• KONE Installation Project Management Certificate required within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate activities to ensure project goals.
• Manage scope, changes, and contract compliance.
• Monitor schedule and budget, with regular reporting.
• Oversee procurement, subcontracting, and vendor management.
• Perform site safety audits and enforce KONE policies.
