Job summary

Metro Elevator DFW, Inc. is seeking a Modernization Project Manager in Carrollton, TX. You will report to the VP of Operations and oversee scheduling, planning, and execution of modernization projects, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.

Strong elevator industry experience and proactive time-management skills are essential. Responsibilities include coordinating field installation support, material readiness, invoicing, and change orders while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business admin, construction mgmt, or related field.
• 3+ years of management experience in elevator industry.
• Proactive, organized with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule modernization projects and fulfill contractual requirements.
• Support field teams to ensure materials and tooling availability to meet schedules.
• Track progress and coordinate completion dates with VP of Operations.
• Manage invoicing, change orders, and financial viability of projects.
• Organize warehouse, inventory, and vendor coordination for project readiness.
