Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of maintenance, service, or repair experience in the elevator industry.
• Must reside within commutable distance to Columbia, South Carolina.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of elevator systems, preventative maintenance practices, troubleshooting, repair techniques, and applicable industry standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians while promoting safety, accountability, and high performance.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong client partnerships and resolve service-related concerns.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, coordinate schedules, and respond promptly to urgent maintenance and service requests.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with customer.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety requirements, and safe work practices.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to customer locations and job sites.
