Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor based in Columbia, South Carolina. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment and facilities are maintained safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising maintenance staff, assigning and prioritizing work orders, conducting inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and monitoring maintenance activities. The role also involves maintaining accurate maintenance records, enforcing safety policies and procedures, and supporting the training and development of maintenance team members to ensure operational excellence and workplace safety.

• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with the ability to build strong client partnerships and effectively resolve service-related concerns
• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands, coordinate schedules, and respond promptly to urgent maintenance and service requests
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and with customer
• Proficient in using mobile technology, work order management systems, and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, workplace safety requirements, and safe work practices
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel regularly to customer locations and job sites
