Uchi Philadelphia, LLC is seeking servers to join our dining team in Rittenhouse Square. You’ll learn the menu, current specials, and Japanese cuisine, and participate in beverage training to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stock inventory.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Able to work in hot or cold temperatures.
• Rearrange seating and move tables/chairs safely.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely, including ovens, grills, and knives.

Responsibilities

• Learn menu, current specials, and Japanese cuisine.
• Participate in peer-led beverage training.
• Be active on the floor and assist with side work.
• Bus and reset tables and stock supplies.
• Assist servers with service and guest experience.
• Deliver food and explain each dish.
• Handle curbside orders for guests awaiting outside.
