Job summary

Hai Hospitality invites applications for a Server position at Uchi Philadelphia, located in Rittenhouse Square. You will be on the floor delivering food, assisting with side work, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a non-traditional Japanese dining setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquaint yourself with the menu, current specials, and Japanese cuisine.
• Learn about beer, wine, and sake through beverage training.
• Be present on the floor, assisting with running side work.
• Bus and reset tables, polish glassware, restock supplies.
• Assist servers with all aspects of service to enhance guest experience.
• Deliver food to guests and explain each dish; handle curbside orders.
