Greet guests, present menus, take orders, input into POS, and collaborate with front and back-of-house to ensure seamless service. 2+ years in fine dining preferred; strong communication and wine knowledge desired; professional appearance required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of serving experience in a high-end or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
• Present menus, answer questions about dishes and ingredients, and provide recommendations.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Maintain knowledge of all food, beverage, and wine offerings.
• Follow proper table service and etiquette procedures in line with Philippe Chow standards.
• Collaborate with front and back-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
