Job summary

HAYWIRE MEMORIAL CITY, LLC is seeking a professional server to enhance the dining experience at our Haywire Memorial location in Houston. You will uphold high service standards, guide guests through the dining experience, and pair wines and cocktails with Chef-inspired meals.

We value knowledge of farm-to-fork menus, southern hospitality, and a proactive, guest-focused approach. Candidates should have 2+ years serving in upscale settings, solid English communication, and the ability to stand for

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years serving experience; high-end casual or fine dining preferred.
• Food, wine, & whiskey knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, & speak English.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification & TABC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable about the Farm to Fork stories behind our locally sourced menu.
• Tour Guides — able to guide guests throughout the dining experience and pair with wine/whiskey/cocktails.
• The perfect hosts, rooted in southern hospitality that create regular guests.
• Flexible and adaptable with a sense of ownership over the guests' experience.
