Job summary

Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a polished Concierge for a luxury multifamily community at T&P Lofts, Central Fort Worth - Sundance Square. This part-time role includes Saturday-Sunday and Thursday-Friday-Saturday schedules, with high-touch resident service in a fast-paced setting.

You will greet residents, manage access, and assist with vendor coordination while upholding discretion and confidentiality. Prior hospitality or concierge experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in hospitality or concierge roles preferred.
• Experience with luxury residential properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Manage building access and guest/vendor check-ins.
• Assist residents with questions and coordination of authorized vendor access.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy.
• Respond to resident concerns and emergency situations, escalate when needed.
• Log daily activity, packages, and deliveries in BuildingLink.
• Contribute ideas to enhance services and improve resident experience.
• Support resident relations through timely follow-up and issue resolution.
