Worth Ross Management Company (WRMC) is seeking a personable Valet/Concierge for our luxury residential community in Dallas, TX. This full‑time role combines valet services with front‑facing concierge duties to create a welcoming, safe, and organized environment for residents and guests.

You will greet visitors, park and retrieve vehicles, verify access, answer phones, coordinate deliveries, and maintain logs while upholding professional standards in appearance and conduct.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment requirements include background screening and drug testing.
• Prior experience in valet, hospitality, luxury residential, hotel, or customer-facing roles is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Provide valet services, including parking and retrieving vehicles.
• Verify authorization of visitors and direct individuals to appropriate areas.
• Answer incoming phone calls with professional etiquette and relay messages promptly.
• Coordinate and manage deliveries per property procedures.
• Maintain accurate security, service, and access logs.
• Safeguard and manage keys and access items during shifts.
• Monitor lobby and common spaces for safety, cleanliness, and order.
• Follow building safety and emergency procedures and report incidents.
• Maintain a neat, polished appearance and professional attire.
• Build positive relationships with residents, guests, vendors, and team members.
