Soho House Malibu is seeking a part-time Server to provide elevated service to members and guests, educating on menu items and allergies while maintaining Soho House standards. You will collaborate with FOH and BOH teams, enter orders into POS, and support service with accuracy and attentiveness.

The role requires a positive attitude, ability to work under pressure, and flexibility for weekends and holidays. A strong focus on guest experience and teamwork is essential.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and solve problems under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable, passionate about customer service and respectful to guests and colleagues.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to take direction, work in a team and autonomously.

Mansioni

• Understand and educate members/guests on menu items and allergies per Soho House standards.
• Enter orders into POS accurately and ensure proper processing.
• Collaborate with FOH/BOH and assist with service during peak times.
• Maintain server alley, bar area, and stock, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
• Support other servers and runners to ensure seamless service.
