Job summary

Xavier Artisan blends the efficiency of a quick-serve concept with the ambiance of a refined dining experience. We are seeking a part-time Barista to create elevated beverages and deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle espresso drinks, assist with light food prep, and manage POS transactions while maintaining a clean, welcoming space. Starting at $14/hour with a flexible schedule and paid training.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required.
• Barista experience required.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, high-end guest experience from the moment guests walk in.
• Prepare and serve espresso and specialty beverages with consistency and quality.
• Assist with light food prep and presentation.
• Accurately handle POS transactions (cash and card).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished workspace.
• Restock pastries, retail items, and café supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Be available for 4–8 hour shifts (Saturday hours returning mid-spring).
