Job summary

Madison Collective in Boston, MA, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager or AGM to support the GM in day-to-day operations of a 70-seat lunch and dinner restaurant.

The ideal candidate has solid full-service/fine dining management experience; local candidates preferred and must be authorized to work in the United States. The role emphasizes leadership, guest service, financial stewardship and staff development.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience as a Restaurant Manager in fine dining or private clubs.
• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or complex fine dining environments.
• Authorized to work in the United States; local candidates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with the GM to meet financial goals.
• Develop and implement F&B strategy aligned with club policies.
• Budget planning, marketing plans, and cost control.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate staff.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards.
