Job summary

Kenvue is seeking an Elevate Program Tech & Data Co-op for Spring 2027 to support QA, test planning, and data validation for Elevate Power BI dashboards, chatbot capabilities, and AI-enabled features. You will collaborate with Quality, business, design, and Digital & Analytics teams to test, document results, and prepare releases.

The role emphasizes structured testing, clear documentation, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, regulated consumer-health environment.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled at an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree, with an intended graduation date between December 2026 and July 2029.
• Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, from January to June.
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail-oriented, and well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Execute structured QA and user acceptance testing for Elevate Power BI dashboards, chatbot capabilities, sentiment analysis, and future program enhancements.
• Create and maintain test scenarios, scripts, results, evidence, and clear defect documentation.
• Validate that technical implementations meet business and functional requirements, including data accuracy and user experience.
• Reproduce issues, document bugs, and coordinate fixes with Digital & Analytics teams.
• Support requirements gathering, translate discussions into concise functional documentation.
• Assist with dashboard redesign validation and data integrations.
