Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our US-based team. You will design, implement and execute automated tests to ensure software quality across multiple products, collaborating with developers and product teams to validate requirements.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of QA experience, strong scripting and SQL skills, and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps. This 12‑month contract offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities to influence product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of software quality assurance and development experience.
• Experience writing clear test plans and test cases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated test scripts to validate software functionality.
• Write clear, concise test plans and test cases.
• Perform white box and black box testing to identify defects.
• Leverage automated testing tools to increase efficiency.
• Utilize SQL, scripting, and data analysis for test data prep.
• Work in Agile/Scrum and coordinate testing activities.
• Use Azure DevOps to manage test cases and defects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Business Analysis background to assist in capturing business requirements.
