The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking dynamic managers in Newport Beach to lead daily store operations and inspire a high-performance team. You will drive exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the company’s growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

As an Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor, you will manage staffing, training, and sales performance while ensuring compliance with company policies. This role offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role with a track record of meeting sales targets and leading a team.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric with passion for delivering outstanding service and memorable shopping experiences.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership & Team Management: recruit, train and develop a motivated team; provide ongoing feedback.
• Customer Experience: create exceptional shopping experiences and resolve customer issues.
• Sales & Performance: drive store sales and profitability through merchandising and promotions.
• Operational Excellence: oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store maintenance; follow health & safety rules.
• Financial Management: manage store budgets, control expenses, analyze sales data.
• Marketing & Community Engagement: local marketing initiatives and community relationships.
• Innovation & Problem-Solving: stay ahead of trends and implement improvements.
• Additional duties and projects as required.
