Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor to lead daily store operations in Santa Ana, drive a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will shape store success with strong leadership and strategic execution.

As a key member of the management team, you’ll drive sales, manage inventory and training, and uphold brand standards while supporting DEI initiatives and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in retail leadership strongly preferred.
• Must read/write English and perform business math to understand reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a motivated team; set goals and provide feedback.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience and resolve issues.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising and promotions.
