Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Breakfast Attendant to prepare the breakfast bar and warmly greet hotel guests while upholding brand and EarthView sustainability standards. You will maintain cleanliness, stock supplies, and assist guests with requests to ensure a positive start to their day.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safe food handling, and teamwork in a hotel dining environment. Flexible schedule and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food sanitation certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Previous food and beverage experience preferred or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Carry food, dishes, and trays from pantry to serving counters.
• Set up attractive displays and maintain cleanliness to ensure food safety.
• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths.
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
• Clean up spilled food, drink or broken dishes and remove trash.
• Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean glassware, dishes, or trays.
