Job summary

Purdue Information Technology is seeking a Systems Analyst to support faculty affairs systems, notably Elements, within the IDA+A Office. You will maintain the application, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features and workflows that meet campus needs.

Collaborate with the Senior Systems Analyst, handle data automation tasks, and ensure data integrity. Hybrid and 100% remote options are available; salary range is $60,000–$65,000 with final offer based on experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years configuring, administering, or supporting software applications or enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor data automation, integration, and migration processes.
• Review large data files for system alignment, user needs, and automation tasks.
• Identify, investigate, and fix data quality issues.
• Gather and document business requirements, assess impact, and recommend solutions.
• Configure and test Elements to meet campus needs.
• Collaborate with vendor on support cases and updates.
• Respond to end-user tickets and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Create and maintain documentation and user guides.
• Stay current on new Elements features and related systems.
• Pursue professional development through trainings and conferences.
