The ideal candidate holds a NJ Principal’s Certificate, has strong MTSS knowledge, and can collaborate with the building Principal and district administrators. The role involves engaging with families, guiding staff development, and contributing to district-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• NJ Principal’s Certificate required for the role.
• Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience preferred.
• Administrative experience preferred.
• Knowledge of MTSS and elementary best practices.
• Experience with elementary master scheduling preferred.
• Understanding of teacher observation/evaluation processes.
• Ability to strengthen family and community engagement.
• Knowledge of school law, assessment and NJ Student Learning Standards.
• Willingness to collaborate with district administrators.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
