Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• New Jersey Principal Standard Certificate or a Certificate of Eligibility for Principal.
• Demonstrated successful experience increasing student achievement using inclusive, culturally responsive practices.
• Demonstrated successful experience supporting or leading school-wide initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Principal in developing and implementing district goals, policies, and procedures.
• Lead instructional leadership by collaborating with teachers and monitoring student progress.
• Oversee staff supervision, recruitment, evaluation, and professional development.
• Engage students, families, and the community, addressing concerns and promoting positive relationships.
