Elementary is seeking a School Building Technology Assistant for the Havertown area. Immediate start to support the building's computers, network, software, AV equipment, and new technologies for staff and students. You will troubleshoot, train, and assist in the daily tech operations as part of a district team.

You will work 8:00 am–4:00 pm on a full-time basis, with a 90-day probationary period before hourly pay of $26.95. Clearances are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Evidence of training in technical aspects of computer use.
• Experience with PC and Mac computers preferred.
• Ability to work with students and staff.
• Clearances required: Act 34, Act 151, FBI.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and manage physical tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, networks, and AV equipment in the school.
• Provide timely tech support to staff and students via the ticket system.
• Assist network operations with the Network Administrator.
• Train staff on software, Smartboards, projectors, and new technologies.
• Update school website, digital signage, and technology inventory.
• Manage storage and replacement parts for software and equipment.
• Demonstrate understanding of all software/hardware in the building (Mac OS X preferred).
• Learn new technologies and manage time effectively.
• Collaborate with students, staff and administrators; meet clearance requirements.
