KinderCare Learning Companies is looking for dedicated teachers to lead and mentor in welcoming classrooms. You will implement our curriculum, ensure a safe and nurturing environment, and connect with families to deliver exceptional early education.

The role supports center success and collaboration with leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals. Requirements include CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy, CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and a background in Early Childhood

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirement.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
