• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.

• Create a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and play.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success and enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, authorities, and partners.
