Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a caring Teacher to lead classrooms, mentor peers, and implement our curriculum to meet each child’s needs. You will foster a safe, engaging environment and collaborate closely with families for optimal learning outcomes.

We value experience in early childhood, CDA credentials, and CPR/First Aid readiness, with a supportive team and growth opportunities across centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• Active CDA Credential or candidacy as required.
• State trainer certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years in early childhood education; CDA recommended.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner with parents to support children's education and care
• Support center success by working with staff to meet enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners
