Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a dedicated Teacher to join our team. You’ll lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment that supports children's growth and curiosity.

You’ll partner with parents and center staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and engagement while upholding our high standards of care. Applicants should meet state qualifications, hold an active CDA or be pursuing NAEYC candidacy, and be capable

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Active CDA credential or pursuing NAEYC candidacy.
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and engage with children.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in line with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
