Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies seeks dedicated teachers to lead and mentor teams while delivering consistent curriculum to support child development. You will create a safe, engaging environment where children can learn through play and exploration.

You will partner with families for optimal care and education, and contribute to center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement, collaborating with staff, licensing authorities, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively.
• CDA Credential or eligibility for NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer credential is preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor less experienced teachers; model behaviors and give feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum, aligned to each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
