KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to lead and mentor staff, implement its curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing learning environment for children. You will partner with parents to support development and help drive center success.

The role requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality care and education. This is a full-time, on-site position common in early childhood education centers.

Qualifikationen

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy in process
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Meet state qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• English language proficiency to communicate with children and parents

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning
• Partner with parents to support child development and education
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and community partners
